Coupled with sales tax exemptions for aircraft
modifications, maintenance service and parts, the
Salina Aviation Service Center is now an even more
attractive location for expanding and new aerospace
businesses.

"We now offer prospective or expanding aviation
service companies property-tax free capital
investments and they don't have to pass on any
sales tax to their customers for aircraft modifications,
maintenance service and parts," said Salina
Airport Authority Executive Director Tim Rogers,
A.A.E.
"These two tax incentives plus our suite of new
facility options and funded training support make the
Salina Aviation Service Center an attractive place for
aerospace and support companies looking for a
location where they can be more productive," Rogers
added.
